To sell your ROCs in the on-line auction you must first appoint NFPAS Ltd as your agent by entering into an Agency Agreement. This sets out the responsibilities of both parties, the payment terms and the charge made by NFPAS for the service.

Having read the Agency Agreement, send two completed and signed copies of the signature page to NFPAS no later than 15 days before the date of the auction. One countersigned copy will be returned to you.

The next step is to arrange the transfer of the ROCs to be auctioned from your account to the NFPAS holding account in the Ofgem ROC Register.

The next auction is due to take place on 13th January 2009.

Your ROCs must be transferred into the NFPAS holding account at least 10 days before the date of the auction. For the next auction, that date is 3rd January 2009.
