e-ROC auctions are operated by NFPAS, a subsidiary of the Non-Fossil Purchasing Agency Limited (NFPA).

NFPAS runs regular e-ROC on-line auctions for the sale of Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs). ROCs are issued to operators of eligible generating stations as a means of increasing the proportion of electricity produced from renewable resources.
